Congratulations on the successful Lao-Vietnam Investment Cooperation Meeting, held on January 9, 2025, under the joint chairmanship of the Prime Ministers of Laos and Vietnam. The meeting aimed to promote sustainable development and strengthen economic collaboration for continued growth.

Laos proudly hosted the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits from October 8-11, 2024. The summits included an official ASEAN Business Conference to exchange insights and experiences on trade and investment in the ASEAN region. During the closing ceremony, Laos officially handed over the ASEAN flag to Malaysia, the host for 2025.
